Summer Celebration Foraging
Starting from The Pierhouse Hotel you will take a leisurely stroll exploring nature’s pantry on the way.
With welcome refreshments, snacks and tasters throughout the session, expert foraging tuition, a food demonstration from our own Chef Michael, culminating in a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring a combination of foraged ingredients alongside the best of local produce from our wonderful suppliers. This is a wonderful time of the year to explore the coast and discover nature’s bounty. Taking in the coast and the hedgerows Lucy will lead you in this investigation of the saltmarsh, edible flowers and late greens.
